I completely understand the 'dress up to work from home' practise. I too work from home (medical writer) and if I am in tracksuits/pyjamas/lounge wear I am just not productive (too comforable I suppose). It is also handy for driving kids to and from school. Also, other parents don't tend to delay me for that morning chat which can go on and on...
