234 days to go: Capsule Wardrobe Countdown

There are just three more days of November left which means three more days to plan your Capsule Wardrobe for next week.
I am struggling with the shoes.
I will have to limit it to two pairs and make sure each pair will go with as many combinations as possible. Yesterday I had a plan but after sleeping on it I have made several revisions.
What a struggle to be
1. Stylish
2. Warm
3. Comfortable
I have tried to use Imogen's plan as a guide and now wish I had more coloured tops.
Still, it will be fun.
Today I am trying to finish my NaNoWriMo novel. I got 1,800 words done before 6am and 7am this morning - just 2,500 to go.

342 days to go: Hooray it's Holidays

In less than 24 hours I will be renewing my acquaintance with my old friend - sunshine.
It has been so grey and wet here for the past few weeks I think summer is fast becoming a distant memory, like the ice age.
I fly out to Barcelona tomorrow morning for two weeks of sun, fun and some Flamenco. Of course before we get there my husband and I will have argued several times, the children will be moaning and fighting. It will make that first walk on the hot sand even more pleasurable. Knowing the pain I have endured to get there!
I will make no attempt to post while I am there as the queues to use the internet will include gangs of teenagers waiting to chat on msn.
Instead, I will catalogue and photograph my daily wears for posting when I return.
Hope the sun shines for you all over the next two weeks.

The weather forecast was sunshine and showers. But so far, the sun has shone. That made me happy. Just like red, which always makes me happy.
