26 days to go: Me and the Red Dress Are Friends Again

Do you remember when you were 11 0r 12 and you fell out with your best friend?
The following day you take up where you left off before the fight and when anyone asks why you fell out; you can't, for the life of you remember why.
That's how I feel about this dress.
I loved it.
I fell out with it and now I'm in love with it all over again.
How could I have been so cruel?
The colour brightens my day, however dull it is outside.
The dress ignores my imperfections and loves me for who I am.
One day, when all my troubles are over, we will laugh about the day I thought of banishing it from my life all together.

I am also sporting my new Clarks sandals for the first time.
They are soooo comfortable.

My moods change with the seasons, maybe this dress is perfect because it's the perfect season :) Lovely dress!

Yay! you're keeping it then. I think you would have regretted ebaying it. Especially if it went for 99p!!!!

Well done, it's too nice to sell it on ebay. When you're really fed up with it pass it on to me!!! :):)

Hi there-love affairs with clothes are great when you are in the mood for them, when you're not, I suppose its best to store them away, rather than sell or give them away (like I've done) and then regretted it!!

Big Smile! I'm glad that dress is out of the dog house so to speak.
You look pretty happy yourself.

Hurrah! It's a great dress.

When in doubt, don't, I say. I always ask myself, "Will I regret it if I do?"

Thanks so much for all your comments earlier in the week.
And I am v pleased with the/your decision to keep it.
I think I learned an important lesson there.
Darla - life is up and down at the moment but I am feeling , on the whole, a lot happier.
