109 days to go

There were lots of things to be happy about today.
It was a warm Spring day with almost cloudless skies.
I discovered this red flower in my garden.
The blossom on my fruit trees is almost out.
I got these fantastic books for 10p each from my local charity shop.
I managed the longest run of the year so far - 7 miles.
Happy Thursday.

I wore...
Boots and cardigan - Dorothy Pekrins
Jeans - Gap
Top - H & M
Necklace - Monsoon

Wow, you do have alot to be happy about today! You look great in that outfit.
We're you able to run on the beach today because of the great weather?

Thanks Heathe.
Mamaoftwins - I ran on the road this time. I like a variety. As I was running I saw my friend Kev , he was out for his first run after Sunday's half-marathon.

Thanks Michelle and Christina.
Imogen - it took 70 minutes. I run a 10 minute mile when I am training - aiming for a 8 minute mile when I'm racing (up to 6 miles) and then it's 9 minutes miles up to a half-marathon.
