95 and 94 days to go: Catch-Up

No pictures for a couple of days as I had a bad migraine and couldn't use a computer screen.
But here's a catch-up.
The last time I wore Friday's necklace a few people asked for a close-up so here it is.
Our shopping trip went well.
We went to Quiggin's in Liverpool - an Aladdin's cave of alternative fashions, emerging fashion designers and vintage emporia.
I spent most of the time in the vintage shop and bought some old letters and photographs.
My daughter bought a vintage headband.
We finished off with a trip to the FACT centre before heading home.
Here are a few snaps.

On Thursday I wore:
Jeans - Levis overdyed
Shoes - Clarks
Top - Tesco
Camisole - Gap

On Friday I wore
Shoes - Clarks
Skirt - Marks and Spencer
Top - H & MTights - Peacocks
Cardigan - Principles
Necklace - Dorothy Perkins

I love the necklace, lovely colours. I haven't been to Quiggans for years, I must remedy that!

I am going for a weekend trip to Liverpool in a couple of weeks - never been before what would be the top not to be missed place to go?

nsm - remember it's been moved to Grand Central Hall (the former Barcelona Bar).

Spiragirl - For bargains check out Primark (five floors), TK Maxx, New Look (Williamson Sqaure)and Oxfam on Bold Street.
For luxury browsing try Cricket and Drome (Cavern Walks Shopping Centre)and the usual upmarket High Street shops in Liverpool One.
For quirky buys and vintage try Quiggins and The Rose and Anchor (Wood Street - although this is moving to Lewis's soon).

That necklace is awesome. And such a great interplay with the textured blouse you layered it over.

And it looks like your daughter has great taste, too!

OMG - Quiggins!!
You are making me homesick.
Does 69a still exist on Ranleigh St?
As a student, I used to ferrett out all the good vintage shops and jumble sales!!
Not much has changed. Still love thrifting and love a bargain.
