180 days to go: Rebel Rebel

So the style gurus say you shouldn't wear a fashion item if you wore it first time around - well rules are just there to rebel against!
I wore leggings in the early 1990s - before, during and after my first two pregnancies.
They were practical, comfortable and a warm alternative to tights.
And that was the very reason I chose to wear them again today.
Come to think of it I wore a Puffball skirt last year and I wore those when I was at university in the 1980s.
And if repeating fashions is good enough for David Bowie then it's good enough for me.

I wore:
Black boots and leggings - Dorothy Perkins
Dress - Primark (eBay)
T-shirt - Primark
Necklace - Next

Hey, there! Sorry I've been a little awol these days! :)

This outfit is cute! I like the idea of wearing the leggings with boots. I've never been able to make leggings look right on me with flats, but boots and a tunic might do the trick.

I'm not a leggings fan, but if they're worn in place of tights and you can't tell they're leggings, I'm fine with them.

Cute outfit - that turquoise looks great on you.

I swore I'd never buy leggings since I also wore them in the 80s and early 90s, but I was sorely tempted to yesterday. You look wonderful!
