Another take on the Little Black Dress. I had been given a grey knee length dress but when I tried it on it had a tulip style hem which I wasn't too keen on so I swapped it for this blue one.

Btw, I stood in the magazine aisle in Asda today reading the new Essentials magazine (I'm too much of a skinflint to buy it)...nice photos and congrats on your 20 years of marriage.
I LOOOOOVE that dress! The color is fabulous, it's simple yet has some nice details...and it looks GREAT on you. You could dress it up, down, winterize it (as you did) and wear it in the warm months bare legged w/sandals.
