This post when I asked whether I should get a haircut got one of my biggest responses ever.
It has taken a while but I have finally gone and done it.
Here is me on Sunday.
And another at the same time on Monday.
I'm not asking which you prefer it may depress me but it is part of my master plan to be an elegant 60-something with a stylish white bob.

Love the new hairstyle. As for that 60's or 70's bob? For many, hair texture changes as it greys. Waves if not actually curls suddenly sprang from my head. I've had it shortish for ages and am in the process of letting it grow out. It is pretty frizzie tho.

I've had bobs off and on for most of my life, at various lengths. They're great fun to play with.
I am in denial over my grey - I colour it, and try to ignore that it's there. (I know it is, I just don't want to face it just yet)
I love the new cut -- it's super chic! I bet it's pretty easy to style, too (which is always a huge bonus for me!).
I am so pleased the reaction is positive. I would like it even shorter but the hairdresser advised me to take it in stages!

Looking fantastic Jane. The style suits you. With my curly hair, I definitely envy your gorgeous straight locks! BTW my grey hair is growing out wavy if not straight, so I am looking forward to a whole head of straight/wavy hair...which I will colour of course, and maybe even style into a bob one day!
